Hi! I’m Lille. I graduated from Langara College’s Registered Massage Therapy program in 2021. After many years of working in various healthcare settings, I realized how important it is to work with people one-on-one, and how everyone needs their personalized healthcare plan. I take an in-depth health history so we can work together and figure out what treatment plan is best for you. Having suffered some injuries in my youth, I have been seeing alternative healthcare professionals from a very young age. This opened my eyes to the other side of health care, and how important it is to have a holistic support team.
My treatment style focuses on myo-fascial release, deep tissue techniques and passive stretching with some relaxation mixed in. No person is the same and we will work together to create a treatment that works for you. I am always looking to learn and develop my practice, with some exciting upcoming courses booked for this year.
